KoverRoos® III Adirondack Chair Cover

All cover orders are made to ship and will ship separate than any other items in your order. Covers can take up to 14 business days from purchase date. All cover sales are final.

Covers have been validated to fit on all PolyTeak & ResinTeak Adirondack Chairs.

KoverRoos® III - 3-layer fabric with microporous film that repels water, while allowing condensation to escape. The UV protected material can handle temperatures from -100 degrees Fahrenheit up to +240 degrees.
UV Protection built to last. Cover comes with a 3-Year Color Retention Warranty.
Our lightweight fabrics are easy to install, and come with a storage pouch for easy storage.
All covers are independently tested, and come with 3-Year Limited Cover Warranty
Attachment System: U-shaped hook/bungee system to secure the cover.

Warranty & Procedure 

Products are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of:

SupraRoos and Weathermax - 5 year color retention, 10 year limited warranty

*Limited Warranty: Repair the cover at no additional cost or replace the cover at 50% off list price based on schedule.

Warranty is calculated from the date of original purchase. The warranty protects your furniture cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use such as wind whippage. Damage caused by heavy storms and high winds will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is void if the cover has been modified in any way. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers' original purchase price.

Inspections and Warranty Claim: Upon product receipt and inspection, if the product is determined by KoverRoos® in its sole discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a replacement cover will be mailed to the return address on the package. From time to time products are discontinued, so an exact replacement may not be available. If this is the case a substitute may be offered. If a replacement is issued, the warranted product be recycled, not returned.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE:

Should any trouble occur during the warranty period, visit koverroos.com/returns to fill out a return authorization request form. To validate your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase. If it is determined that your cover needs to be returned to us, you will get an authorization number (RA#) from the Customer Service Associate, and you will return the cover, freight prepaid, to Responsible Consumer Products (address below). Clearly mark the carton with your RA#. Covers returned without an RA# cannot be processed. We encourage the use of a traceable method when returning packages.

If it is covered under warranty and inspection shows defective workmanship or material, we will repair the cover at no additional cost or replace the cover at 50% off list price based on schedule below:

To complete the warranty process, the damaged cover, a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the RA# and your shipping details must be sent to the warranty claims department.

KoverRoos® is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided. Replacements will be sent out after receiving the warranted cover, unless full payment is made on the replacement before the cover is received

Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to our warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and KoverRoos® will not replace the contents of the package.

Shipment of the damaged cover is not covered under the warranty policy.

Please allow 10-14 business days from receipt for the inspection and investigation process. Replacements can be sent out in the interim, and the customer will be billed in full at current pricing. All discounts, credits, exchanges will be completed after receipt, inspection and resolution of warranty claims. Thank you for your cooperation.
