The regular size cover is commonly used for rectangular patio table sets with table up to 60” L x 42” W and 4 or 6 standard chairs. The XL size cover is commonly used for rectangular patio table sets with a larger table size up to 84” L x 60” W and 6 to 8 standard chairs.

WARRANTY
What does my product warranty cover?
Your product purchase is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for a limited time (depending upon the retailer purchased from) against defects in materials and workmanship only.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper assembly, alterations, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire or freezing), or other weather-related damage including but not limited to discoloration, rusting or fading of the finish as a result of exposure to the elements. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial use or third-party sales and is non-transferable.
Once replacement parts are sent, the warranty does not restart, There is not a warranty on replacement parts as they will only be replaced once.
What is not covered by my product warranty

Is rust-covered under the warranty?
We treat the frames of our furniture to prevent rusting, however if a painted surface of a steel frame is scratched and exposing bare metal, rust will occur if water gets on those areas. Rust can also occur on any metal surface where water is left for an amount of time. Because we cannot control naturally occurring processes, we do not cover rust under our warranty.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim for your item, please contact our Customer Service Helpdesk or you may reach us by e-mail at customerservice@atleisure.com during normal business hours Monday through Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM EST.
We will require a copy of your receipt, model number or description of the product as well as request photos to better understand the issue that you are having with your product. During peak season when we are busiest (February – August) it may take 24 to 72 hours to respond.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All eligible returns on PolyTEAKoutdoor.com may be subject to a restocking fee, so please review our return policy for details.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges. We will process a return and refund for you instead. Please see below instructions for making a return.
Do you accept returns?
Returns may be made by contacting our Customer Service Helpdesk within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Please note that some returns may incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling for returning items is is non-refundable.
When returning an item, the item must be unused, undamaged and in good condition. Please remove all existing shipping labels from the box and securely pack the item so that it does not get damaged in transit. If the item has signs of use or damage, the return will not be accepted.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund your item to the original payment method.
Items that are discounted, including items purchased with discount codes or coupons are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
